- IN-STOCK: In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days.
- BACK-ORDERS: Back-ordered Merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days of restock date.
With customer satisfaction a high priority at Morton enterprises, we urge you to read the following information. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to making your purchase.
All returned items will be exchanged for equal value goods or services. All returns must receive prior authorization. All returned items must include sales receipt, original packing and must be in undamaged condition.
- All returns must be approved by Morton enterprises. Please contact us by email or phone and we will be glad to help with resolution of the matter.
- Returned Merchandise must be unused and in the exact condition it was in at time of purchase and/or shipment. This includes boxes and accessories.
- Authorization: Returns must be authorized by Morton enterprises. Merchandise returned without RMA will be refused. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee .
- There are no returns on merchandise returned 10 days after delivery.
- All returned items must have an RMA#, which is assigned by Morton enterprises. If you have an issue please contact our office by phone or email with your contact info, reason for the return, the item and your original order number. We will review the information contact to discuss the return. We will refuse returns that have not include a RMA #.
- You will need to write the RMA # on the exterior of the box next to the shipping label . There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items unless otherwise stipulated.
- Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any item or shipment shortages must be reported to our office in 48 hours of delivery. Please email this info so written documentation with for time & date
- Authorized returns: We will email you the return shipping instruction.

We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site even before the order ships. Please review your order before placing it via the website. We start processing the orders immediately and cannot guarantee that the order will be able to be stopped before shipping out. ALL CANCELLATIONS must be submitted in writing immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please write the word CANCELLATION in the email subject line. Please include your order number, name and reason for the cancellation.
